Jake tested our water & changed out the 2 filters on the reverse osmosis system. He was very pleasant & knowledgeable. He stayed on task & completed it in a timely manner. Jake is a credit to his craft & is welcome to work on our water system any time.

I haven't had any issues when switching from municipality water to treated water via our EcoSystem's softener and reverse osmosis systems! I had treated water previously with a reverse osmosis system years ago and took it for granted.The system we have is connected via Wi-Fi and sends notifications about excessive water usage which helps us control how much water we are using/wasting as well as if there could be a potential leak at a fixture.I ordered some replacement filters today and Kaylee was great! She offered to have someone come out and replace the filters for me, but it's honestly super easy and straight forward so I opted to install them myself. Thankfully there are also instructions provided if you do need a little assistance. That said they are very helpful if you call about an issue or question, for example I didn't realize my reverse osmosis system was battery powered and the light stopped working on my tap (typically green if filters are good, yellow if they need to be changed, and red I think means the battery is low after this experience), the lady that I spoke to months ago let me know where the batteries would be and also informed me on how I can set when the filters need to be replaced (6mo or 12mo).

Today I had a service call request to repair my eco tank check out my water tank under the sink Jake W was the service men. He did an excellent job communicating very. I would recommend his service. Thx

Kay showed up early and was very professional. He worked diligently and was very kind to our family. The setup is clean and organized. We have a 22 month son and he was very patient as our son asked “what’s that” a million times.

Had a great experience today. Jake was very knowledgeable of all aspects of the units and how to set it up. He explained anything I had questions on, and even things I didn’t have questions on. Very pleased with our purchase from Ecowater Systems of Tulsa, the ES3700 water softener system and drinking water system. Our salesman Roger L was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He took time to answer all of our questions and was entertaining during the presentation. Our installers Bradyen and Joe were awesome! They got us up and running in no time. and very thorough in explaining the system and answering all of our questions. Kudos to them for a great job!

I am reviewing this visit by Angie before actually having the water refiner installed and will update after installation. Angie was helpful and friendly, visited far after the hours I would expect anyone to visit us for a service call (which was beneficial due to work hours), and we ended up taking the deal we were offered. I’ve been looking forward to having a water treatment system and am pleased so far with the service offered.*update*After about a week of using the water softener we purchased I can say we made the correct decision. The financing plan was a good touch by the company and as long as they keep it up they’ll have my business. I will say that they didn’t ascertain my background before doing our “water test” which just consisted basically of a pool test kit plus a suspended solids test, all of which I had already done on my water. Honestly the woman could’ve come and told us the offer and I would’ve taken it without the whole ordeal, but I’m glad they’re thorough and they put the effort in because it did convince my wife that we were making the correct choice.
