The salesmen was very convincing and accommodating. The presentation went a little long but very detailed. He answered most questions and went over everything; excluding the price for replacement filters for the machine and salt replacement bags. I would ask about these consumables prior to purchase for an accurate representation of price.Overall, I am enjoying the taste of the water and baring testing it myself I trust that the test they preformed were accurate and I can rest assured I am drinking the cleanest water.The home house softener is nice; our dishes out of the dishwasher and clothes do seem cleaner. I haven't noticed much build up coming out of the pipes so not sure if it was really that dirty? My hair does seem to get oily faster and I am not sure about the shampoo. But my skin seems nice although I do still have to use lotion on my hands.I would like to rate our installer, Garret, 5 stars. He did an excellent job setting up everything and explaining how everything works.

We got ours installed last January and moved the unit with us to our new place this year. Blake, their service manager, is professional, kind, and knowledgeable. Matt is honest and fair, all the other technicians that came out were all polite and helpful. I’m glad we went with Moore!
