I have had the water softener, reverse osmosis water filter, and air purifier for 4 years now (in KCMO) and they have been good considering you pay about the same to have them come out and change the filters as you would if you bought them out right and tried to change them yourself. This latest visit, the new technician (older gentleman I think named Richard?) was OUTSTANDING!!! He addressed things and gave me new information on my systems (how the softener only needed to he filled when a few inches from the bottom, and my water filters main filter only needed changed every 5 years which no one really told or explained to me) He also showed me how to extend the life of my air filter by showing me how to clean the vents UNDERNEATH not just the filter itself and it fixed the noise the filter was making too! (It was taken and serviced twice and the sound still remained and it turned out the vents where just clogged and not uptaking enough air). He was super friendly and pet approved! (He was very nice and professional about my huge overly friendly dog) I can't say enough about this technician except I HOPE the company sees this post and recognizes this amazing technician!
